Our 55-minute class will get your heart pumping in an electric environment with a team of motivating people. We genuinely care about your success on your fitness journey, so much so that our coaches will get to know you personally and help make adjustments as needed so you can get the most out of each workout for long lasting results.

HIIT
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING IS BASED ON EXCESS POST OXYGEN CONSUMPTION (EPOC) THIS MEANS NOT ONLY WILL YOU BURN A TON OF CALORIES DURING THE WORKOUT, BUT YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BURN AFTER AS WELL.
STAMINA
THIS CLASS FOCUSES ON BUILDING STAMINA AND ENDURANCE. THIS MEANS YOU’LL BE WORKING FOR A LONGER AMOUNT OF TIME WHILE MAINTAINING A STEADY HEART RATE THAT IS SUSTAINABLE FROM START TO FINISH.

This means we periodize our workouts so you never hit training plateaus and keep getting long-term sustained results. Not only will we help you get your ideal body, but we will help you get fit the right way with functional integrated training so you can be more resilient for everyday life.
