EDUCATION
Whether you’re looking to learn more about how to optmize your nutritian to meet your goals, wondering what macronutrients are, wanting to know how to increase fiber in your diet, or need to figure out pre- and post-workout snacks, we’ve got you covere. Work with our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to learn more about all things food-related. Food is our body’s fuel, and we should all be fueling properly to increase our physical and mental strength.

PROGRAMs
We offer 3 nutrition based services. 1 on 1 coaching, small group, and team consulting. During 1:1 sessions, our Dietitian will help you tailor a plan that works with your lifestyle and fits your specific needs. Together you will work on mindful and intuitive eating techniques, learn more about balancing a plate and navigating cravings/stress eating, and determine if supplements, calorie, and/or macronutrient goals are needed.
In team and small group sessions, our Dietitian will be able to educate in-depth on macronutrient education, pre- and post-performance needs, recovery and hydration, and meal/snack options at home and on the road.

FOLLOW UP
The process of developing new habits can take time and some trial and error. Our registered dietitan while scheduel frequent follow ups to ensure you are making strides in the ride direction to ensure you are set up for success and get results. .
1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching
During 1:1 sessions, our Dietitian will help you tailor a plan that works with your lifestyle and fits your specific needs. Together you will work on mindful and intuitive eating techniques, learn more about balancing a plate and navigating cravings/stress eating, and determine if supplements, calorie, and/or macronutrient goals are needed.
1:1 sessions will include: Basic macro education + food log review & feedback + additional assistance tailored to your specific needs.
