Track Performance Training: Fall Fuel Program
Trackies, build the base and set the pace this fall with our track performance program designed to enhance speed, strength, explosiveness, core, and injury prevention. Fall Fuel is a 12-week training program designed to fuel athletes through the off-season and prepare them for a dominant indoor season. Training begins August 24th with two training sessions per week at N1 Motion giving athletes the structure, intensity, and support they need to take the next step to compete at the highest level possible.
Duration & Dates: 12 Weeks (Aug 24 – Nov 13)
Days & Times: Thursdays (6:00pm – 7:15pm, 7:30pm – 8:45pm) & Sundays (12:00pm – 1:15pm, 1:30pm – 2:45pm)
