Kyle has an extensive background in human performance both as a collegiate Track and Field athlete, as well as coaching in a multitude of settings. While at Hampton University, Kyle was a strength and conditioning intern who worked with 7 varsity sports. He also completed a sports performance internship at Velocity Sports Performance. After college, Kyle has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for multiple companies helping to optimize athletic performance for hundreds of athletes throughout the Twin Cities
