I get great personal satisfaction out of seeing others achieve their goals; doubly so if I was able to help them.
What is Your Training Style?
My overall style is quite laid back and casual but also very observational to help people with refining their athletic abilities.
Advice for Others?
Try and take it one day at a time and keep track of as many things as you can so you always feel you’re improving at something, even if it isn’t immediately obvious.
