Why Do You Train?
As a former athlete, I learned many life skills through sports. Sports did not only teach me how to be the best at that designated sport, but it built my character. I now coach because I want to continue to build great character and get individuals to apply what they learn through sports/fitness to life.
What is Your Training Style?
I like to build confidence in individuals. I am not only a fitness coach but I am a motivational speaker. I will find ways that will encourage you to push yourself beyond your limits. Also, often times I like to participate in workouts with my clients so that they can see the tempo and the technique I am expecting. This is another way I push individuals to succeed.
Advice for Others?
Trust the process. Always believe in yourself.
