Why Do You Train?
I train because I love teaching others what I wish I would’ve known early on in my sports and lifting lifestyle change. I was lucky enough to have great coaches and mentors growing up who impacted me in a positive way. I want to pass that onto others!
What is Your Training Style?
My training style is highly positive and with open communication. I encourage my clients to learn what style of training they prefer and what works best for them. I love having laughter in my sessions and I encourage that this should be fun and not a chore!
Advice for Others?
My advice for people pursuing their fitness/performance goals is to enjoy every workout, stretch and routine in the process. It isn’t meant to be easy but bringing enjoyment into the process will make the ride worth the performance at the end.
My training experience has been with a variety of different types of clients. Whether they are looking for sports performance training or just starting to learn how to lift, I develop a plan with intent on their individual fitness goals. It’s always a rewarding feeling to see a client improve past the point they thought possible!
