N1 Youth Sports Performance Camp

N1 Motion is excited to launch our Summer Youth Sports Performance Camp. We are dedicated to empowering youth athletes towards long term athletic development. This program is a framework for an optimal training, competition, and recovery for athletes in the early athletic development stages. This will allow athletes to raise their athletic ceiling by acquiring the necessary skills it takes to build a foundation that sets them up for long term athletic success for years to come.

At the early stages of development, it is imperative that sport development programs are designed around critical
periods of accelerated adaptation to training. These periods of development represent the time when children are ready and able to develop fundamental sport skills and abilities such as running, jumping, and throwing. In addition, they are able to improve their coordination, speed, agility, and balance, which are related sport skills that will serve them well in all team and individual sports. Youth athletes who do not develop their fundamental motor skills by age 12 are unlikely to reach their genetic athletic potential.

That is why we created the N1 Youth Sports Performance Camp. Our mission is to help youth athletes 7 to 11 years old, to develop the necessary skills needed to apply to a variety of sports. With our Youth Sports Camp, you can expect to participate in activities that develop the athletic qualities that are seen in many sports, including: (coordination, balance, motor control, speed, agility, strength, jumping/plyometrics, endurance, and core development).

Get your young athlete ahead of the pack by starting with the correct movement patterns and early exposure to these crucial skills that will set them up for long term athletic success when it matters most.

Our team of sports performance specialist and exercise scientist will start each session out with a dynamic warm up teaching participants the importance of a proper warm up routine. From there they will get into our speed and agility curriculum breaking down the proper mechanics for develop speed and quickness. Then we apply the skills learned for that day with practical application integrating sports games and recreational play in fun safe environment. This helps to pull out their competitive nature to try new things and do their best. We also integrate age appropriate strength training with body weight movements, resistance bands, and medicine balls to develop core strength in a safe manner.
