Spring High School Football
Speed & Skills Camp
Gain the competitive edge this offseason with our spring high school football speed & skills camp starting Monday, March 6. In this camp we will take athletes through our extensive science based speed and agility curriculum designed to maximize speed and explosiveness for football. The movement component follows the warm-up in the performance program. Athletes will learn correct mechanics for 40yd starts, acceleration, top end speed, deceleration, and and change of direction.
Our expert performance coaches will also take athletes through football skill position drills designed to optimize athleticism while also developing the specific skills necessary that translate directly to the field on offense and defense.
