CPHS Football Speed School Program

Gain the competitive edge this offseason with the CPHS Speed School program powered by N1 Motion. This eight week program includes football specific speed and agility training designed to maximize performance on the field.

During the 60 minute training session our expert performance coaches will take your athlete through a dynamic warm up to prime the body for the work to come. From there we will teach them technical mechanics for sprinting and agility based training by breakdown the small details that make a big deference. Then we will transition into timed speed drills, resisted sprints, or competition drills to apply the technical work that we worked on prior. Lastly, we transition to power development with plyometric and velocity based training. We then decompress with recovery methods, soft tissue work, and mobility to jump start the recovery process.

We also reprogram athletes movement mechanics to become more efficient mover to improve durability. At the end of each session we take time to reset the nervous system to expedite the recovery process while addressing mobility deficiencies for better health.
