Cougar Elite Speed Program
Gain the competitive edge this offseason with our exclusive Speed Program, designed for Centennial football players. In this program, we will take athletes through our extensive science-based speed and agility curriculum designed to maximize speed and explosiveness while preventing injuries in competition. The movement component follows the warm-up in the performance program, and then we get into plyometric training, core, and conditioning to touch on all areas to optimize speed. Athletes will learn the correct mechanics to increase acceleration, top-end speed, deceleration, and change of direction.
