Swim suit season will be here before you know it.  Shed the extra winter pounds and get in great shape for summer! This 12-week program will get you out of your comfort zone and challenge your body to get results. In this program we combine cardiovascular endurance, strength supersets, high intensity interval training (HIIT),  tabata intervals, advanced core routines, and the fostering of mobility and flexibility. Join us and commit to getting in great shape for 12 -weeks. Will it be tough? Yes.  But will it be worth it?  Absolutely!
