GROUP
TRAINING

Group training is a fun and cost-effective way to improve your skills and get in-person training with a professional coach. N1 Motion is proud to partner with Viverant physical therapy group to offer sports performance group training. Located in 2 convenient locations in the Twin Cities, we offer classes for all levels that will push you and help you reach your goals.

We offer two classes for sports performance: Speed/Agility and Strength & Power.

Strength & Power Training

Our unique comprehensive approach develops functional strength, that also enhances core stability and nervous system enhancement, will help you produce more force in less time! In this 60-minute class, we focus on form and technique to get the most out of your training so you can optimize your performance while decreasing your risk for injury.

Speed & Agility Training

Our specialized training techniques will help you get in and out of your cuts faster and more efficiently, and develop explosive breakaway speed that will separate you from the competition no matter what sport you're in. In this 60-minute class, we will teach you the proper mechanics for the movement focus of the day (acceleration speed, top end speed, or agility). We finish our training session with plyometric training to enhance explosiveness, core, and mobility!
