In this 60-minute class, we start with a dynamic warm up to prime your body to optimize performance. Then we teach you speed and agility techniques to increase your first step explosiveness and get in and out of your cuts faster. After our movement training we transition to functional strength training with body weight movements and free weights. Our strength program is science based and periodized so it progresses as our clients adapts to the workouts so they keep getting results. We use our mobile app to facilitate our program which has video instructions on how to do the exercise properly as a reference. It also includes the ability to track results and syncs with other wearable devices for accountably. Each individual’s program changes every four weeks so they don’t get bored doing the same workout and to keep the body guessing.
