In this 60-minute class, we focus on form and technique to get the most out of your training so you can optimize your performance while decreasing your risk for injury.
Speed & Agility Training
Our specialized training techniques will help you get in and out of your cuts faster and more efficiently, and develop explosive breakaway speed that will separate you from the competition no matter what sport you're in. In this 60-minute class, we will teach you the proper mechanics for the movement focus of the day (acceleration speed, top end speed, or agility). We finish our training session with plyometric training to enhance explosiveness, core, and mobility!
