We offer two programs for personal training to meet your needs.

Clinical Performance Training (C.P.T.)

Individualized training protocols customized to address your specific needs as you recover from injury, overcome pain, dysfunction, or imbalances limiting your recovery and overall performance. CPT is the bridge between physical therapy and fully regaining pre-injury performance levels. Our team of physical therapists and performance coaches collaborate to develop your program to reach optimal health and performance. C.P.T. is typically covered by insurance, and we can work with you to determine your individual coverage.

Optimize 1:1 Training

Train 1 on 1 with a performance coach to get the results you are looking for. They will create an individualized training program customized to address your personal goals. All of our programs will educate you on form and technique to prevent injury and ensure long-term, sustained results.
