Group fitness is a great option to incorporate into your fitness routine. Working out with like-minded individuals will help push and motivate you to reach you goals and also offers a fun environment and sense of community.

N1 Motion is proud to partner with Viverant physical therapy group to offer adult fitness classes at their Champlin, MN location. Our classes are open to all levels and abilities and will push you to help you reach your goals.

Optimize Group Fitness (Adults 18+)

This 60-minute class encompasses everything your body needs to optimize your health and fitness. Our cross-training approach will challenge your body with new exercises to develop your motor skills and become more fit for everyday life. All of our members start off with a full body assessment so we can track your progress for body composition, strength, power, endurance, and mobility. These classes are suitable for adults of all levels.

Strength & Power Training (All Ages)

Our unique comprehensive approach develops functional strength, that also enhances core stability and nervous system enhancement, will help you produce more force in less time! In this 60-minute class, we focus on form and technique to get the most out of your training so you can optimize your performance while decreasing your risk for injury.
