Optimize Group Fitness (Adults 18+)
This 60-minute class encompasses everything your body needs to optimize your health and fitness. Our cross-training approach will challenge your body with new exercises to develop your motor skills and become more fit for everyday life. All of our members start off with a full body assessment so we can track your progress for body composition, strength, power, endurance, and mobility. These classes are suitable for adults of all levels.
Strength & Power Training (All Ages)
Our unique comprehensive approach develops functional strength, that also enhances core stability and nervous system enhancement, will help you produce more force in less time! In this 60-minute class, we focus on form and technique to get the most out of your training so you can optimize your performance while decreasing your risk for injury.
